Young Thug’s jail calls have been repeatedly leaked, both during and after his release. The latest leak shows him admitting to calling several women, even though he was in a relationship with Mariah The Scientist.
During a video chat with a friend, the two talk about how much the singer loves Thug, to the point where it makes him uneasy.
“[She loves me] too much. Sometimes too much,” Thug said. “[It scares me how much] because it’s like man if I do something, if I smack something or something like that, you’d probably be devastated.”
He mentioned that he doesn’t plan on doing anything to hurt her but is aware of his own tendencies and what might happen once he’s free. However, he expressed pride in the fact that he had been behaving for a week.
“But for the most part, I ain’t even been calling no other girls. I ain’t call no other girls in like a week. And I usually call at least 10 other girls when I get on the phone just to kill time,” he shared.
His friend then brought up some of Thug’s past relationships, saying that his exes have been reaching out for him. The rapper seemed eager to reconnect with one of them and asked his friend to send her a message.
Young Thug has faced issues with Mariah The Scientist before – such as when fans spotted pictures of his ex-fiancée Jerrika Karlae on the wall of his jail cell.
In January, bodycam footage showing a search of Thug’s cell for contraband surfaced online. The video, from June 2022, showed photos of Karlae from their relationship, alongside images of Mariah.
After the footage went viral, the Atlanta rapper posted a picture of Mariah on his X account with the caption: “All I want. All I see.”
