Tory Lanez may have barked up the wrong tree with his latest beef. On the heels of exchanging diss tracks with Joyner Lucas, Tory wound up in a heated Twitter back-and-forth with Royce Da 5’9.
The issue emerged in a simple way when Royce answered a fan’s question about Tory’s recent battle with Joyner. Nickel Nine felt Joyner came out the victor, which didn’t sit well with Tory.
“That’s why you rappidy ass niggas always had the wrong conception of a W,” he wrote. “shows why y’all careers look how they look now.”
Royce responded, “No need to get upset Lil homie. I thought yours was dope too. Somebody like you disrespecting somebody like me is ridiculous tho. Ima let slide because you’re ‘new’.”

Tory ended up deleting his tweet, which ironically led to more trouble between the two sides.
“Ain’t nobody scared of rolls 57 lyrically,” Tory wrote. “I deleted my comment cuz I’m not gone keep acting like my nigga Joyner didn’t do his thing . the old nigga kinda had a point .. what i said came off like some hating shit . People are aloud to think anybody won … simple.”
Royce didn’t like what the Canadian rapper/singer had to say and sent a warning.
“My nigga … If you tryna get yo mufhkin ass beat, you doing everything right,” he noted. “I’m giving you the benefit of the doubt because you Canadian. Now go play somewhere before I get upset..”
He added, “Somebody better find that lil sucka and take his phone before he gets himself in some trouble… I mean that.”

Tory continued to instigate with some brash words for Royce.
“Easy mr muscle milk …. don’t let ur gym workout and the fumes in the air start confusing your mind,” he fired back. “old ass nigga talking bout he ‘before i get upset’ on Twitter . Fuck u finna do ? Fight me through emojis and text .. nigga SUCK MY DICK #YoungNiggaWORLD.”
Instead of going into a tirade, Royce wrapped up the Twitter war of words with a calm reply.
“Aight cool,” he wrote. “Remember, you said it, not me.”
