Atlanta, GA – Tameka “Tiny” Harris paid a heavy price for leaving some of her valuables in her Lamborghini SUV over the weekend. According to WSB-TV and FOX 5 in Atlanta, a thief allegedly absconded with more than $750,000 worth of jewelry from the Xscape singer’s ride on Sunday night (October 6).
Harris, the wife of T.I., said she lost wedding rings, watches and stud earrings in the theft. She told police she parked her SUV near Atlanta’s Bar Amalfi around 8:45 p.m. and had some drinks with a friend at the bar. She returned to her vehicle about an hour later and discovered her property was stolen.
According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Harris didn’t report the theft until 11:23 p.m. Atlanta police investigator James White said, “There were no signs of forced entry or damage observed to the vehicle,” in a statement to the AJC.
Two sources, one of which is Atlanta Police Department source who was at the restaurant on Sunday night, told WSB-TV that security was present at the parking lot and didn’t notice anything suspicious. Police hope video surveillance will provide them with a lead.
