The Game has been tracked down and served papers by a private investigator as he continues to try and dodge the consequences to losing a sexual battery civil suit.
The Compton rapper lost a $7 million lawsuit filed against him by Priscilla Rainey and has continually refused to pay the money owed.
According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, Rainey hired the services of private investigator Robert Sedillo Jr. who told a California court that he served The Game with an order about the proposed sale of his home to fulfill the $7 million debt as well as a notice of an upcoming hearing.
The rapper was served on August 22 and has not yet responded to the order.
The Game has owed Rainey $7 million since 2016 and may be forced to sell his house to meet the large figure.
He is expected in court on October 7 to argue against the sale of his home in Calabasas to clear the debt.
The “Westside Story” rapper has repeatedly said that Rainey will never get a cent off him though he has already paid just shy of $400,000 to her after she was allowed to collect on his music royalties.
He said on Instagram in 2016: “Don’t be fooled by these accusations or the dollar amount in the headlines cause I put that on my favorite aunties poodle this broad ain’t gettin shit! Every girl on that show will tell u I never touched this chick or ever desired to be anywhere near her.”
Game continued, “She got kicked off the show & as a result she filed this lame lawsuit which was probably her intentions before the show was ever even started. She was begging for my attention the entire time we shot the show & was given the ultimate Major League Baseball CURVE ball so that upset her & made her lil wee wee hard so she did what all chicks like her do when life gives them no other options…. They sue you!”
The Game has always denied any wrongdoing after Rainey claimed he forced “his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks,” after getting her intoxicated on drink and drugs.
