Tekashi 6ix9ine is giving up his claim on the “King of New York” title.

Despite championing himself as the city’s king a few weeks ago, 6ix9ine apparently has bigger aspirations now. The controversial artist revealed 50 Cent, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie or Don Q can have the title because his kingdom is moving beyond NYC.

“Y’all niggas peep the fucking drip,” he said in a clip uploaded on Instagram. “A Boogie, Don Q, 50, all y’all niggas keep that ‘King of New York’ shit. I already had that shit. Y’all can have that shit. I’m the fucking ‘King of Europe’ y’all.”

In the post’s caption, he added, “Lil ass boyzzzzz KING OF NEW YORK NOW KING OF THE WORLD.”

50 Cent, who embraced 6ix9ine when the polarizing rapper started claiming to be the “King Of New York” earlier this year, reacted to the recent development by joking about it on social media.
