BRUSSELS, BELGIUM – Tekashi 6ix9ine was scheduled to appear in the United Kingdom this week as part of his World Domination Tour.
But on Thursday (June 21), the polarizing rainbow-haired rapper announced in a since-deleted Instagram post he’d have to reschedule two dates in London and Manchester due to immigration law.
Tekashi’s management team issued a statement explaining the ordeal, which was shared on The Lighthouse Theater’s website. The “TATI” rapper was supposed to perform at the London venue on Thursday night.
“To all the loyal fans of Tekashi 69 we humbly apologize due to an issue with immigration our London and Manchester dates will be postponed until further notice the rest of the tour will go on according to schedule thank you for your continuous support,” it read.
The Victoria Warehouse in Manchester, where he was expected to appear on Friday (June 22), also issued a statement of its own, reaffirming the Brooklyn native had been refused entry by UK Border Control.
