Slim Thug has taken issue with those vocally celebrating Diddy’s demise, lamenting that “it’s his own people” who are the loudest.

In an Instagram Live on Tuesday (March 26), the Houston rap legend expressed dismay at the reaction to Puffy’s mounting legal troubles, which saw his homes raided by Homeland Security earlier this week.

“I don’t want to see a Black man who came so far — almost to a billion dollars — fall down,” Thug began. “That’s our inspiration. It ain’t too many of us. They took Kanye down.

“We losing another billionaire over allegations. Still ain’t no criminal charges. We only got about one billionaire left. Who, JAY-Z? That’s the only muthafucka left.”

The Boss Hogg continued: “Look at who is wishing this dude fell. It’s his own people. It’s his own people cheering him, laughing and ‘Diddy did it’ and coming up with new slogans. Take note of this.

“A year or two ago when we were popping Cîroc, he thought that we were ride or die for him. He thought that the motherfucking world of Hip Hop would stay down … I’m just gonna sit back and hope for the best. I don’t wanna see nobody go down.”

While Slim Thug didn’t name any names, two rappers who have been vocal in ridiculing Diddy are 50 Cent and Ma$e.

Earlier this week, the G-Unit mogul taunted his longtime rival over the raids on his Los Angeles and Miami properties, which were part of a federal investigation into sex trafficking allegations.

Moments after the news broke, Fif wrote on Instagram: “Shit just got real [eye emojis] the Fed’s in all the cribs, damn they got the kids in cuffs.”

In a second post, he added: “Now it’s not Diddy do it, it’s Diddy done [shrug emoji] they don’t come like that unless they got a case.”

Former Bad Boy rapper Ma$e also made light of his old label boss’ legal woes on a recent episode of his sports talk show It Is What It Is.

“Reparations is getting closer and closer!” he said in response to the news, prompting laughter from co-hosts Cam’ron and Treasure “Stat Baby” Wilson.

Murda, who has had a contentious relationship with Diddy since he left Bad Boy in the late ’90s and has accused him of exploitative business practices, also called the situation “the big payback.”

Meanwhile, Slim Thug previously defended Diddy after his ex-girlfriend Cassie sued him for rape, sexual assault, sex trafficking and domestic abuse in November.

In a video posted to Instagram at the time, the “Still Tippin’” rapper suggested that Cassie filed the lawsuit for financial gain.

“They’re coming back and getting Bill Cosby, coming back and getting Puff — I don’t believe in that, man,” he said.

“When shit go down, speak on that shit right there or it should be null and void. You shouldn’t be able to do shit unless you let the people know what happened immediately. There should be a time limit on that shit.”

He added: “What happened was […] you were fucking with a billionaire with all this bread all this time, and then you went and followed your heart to fucking with a trainer.

“That apartment got small, that lifestyle fell off, now it’s struggle time, the love wearing off and now you trying to come up with ways to figure out how to get paid […] Quit trying to expose people for money.”
