SEXYY RED STOPS SHOW TO CONFRONT FAN FOR ‘LOOKING CRAZY’ AT HER: ‘YOU GOT A PROBLEM?’

Sexyy Red pressed pause during a recent show to take the temperature of a fan who was apparently mean mugging her in the front row and make sure there wasn’t any bad blood between them.
The “Pound Town” rapper briefly stopped in the midst of performing her “Shake Yo Dreads” single at Sunday’s (October 22) concert in Norfolk, Virginia to call out the woman for looking unhappy.

“You got a problem? You okay in the brown braids?” she asked. “You cool? I thought you ain’t fuck with a bitch for real — I seen you looking crazy.”

The fan’s response is unclear from the footage, but the camera panned to one woman in the crowd — presumably the culprit — who could be seen cracking up at Sexyy’s comments.

After clearing the air, Sexyy Red apologized to the rest of the audience for the delay before resuming the show.

“NORFOLK THANK YOUUU,” she wrote on X following Sunday’s concert while seemingly brushing off the brief controversy.

Even though she’s currently pregnant with her second child, Sexyy’s Hood Hottest Princess Tour will continue this week with shows in Detroit, Fort Wayne, Cincinnati, Winston Salem and Red’s hometown of St. Louis.

In other Sexyy Red news, NBA star Steph Curry recently reacted to the rapper shouting him out on her “SkeeYee” hit.

“When Sexxy Red did it, I just started laughing,” Curry said during an interview with VIBE. “I don’t know. I had never seen her at a basketball game.”

The bar in reference goes: “My sister in the backseat with a .30/ N-ggas tryna shoot they shot, Stephen Curry.”

The Hip Hop community has expressed a great deal of admiration for the Baby Face Assassin since he began dominating the NBA from behind the arc over a decade ago. Though he isn’t privy to every instance of it, the four-time champion has tried keeping track of all the love being sent his way.

“One of my teammates were asking me the question, ‘How many times do you think your name’s been mentioned in the song?’” Curry said. “And I was like, ‘I don’t know, but I’m pretty sure there’s probably a website or something that could probably count it for you.’ So he went and looked it up and it was like 106 I think at the time, which was wild to me.”
