Remy Ma has publicly accused her husband, Papoose, of having an affair with world champion boxer Claressa Shields.
On Instagram late Wednesday (December 11), Remy shared supposed text messages between Papoose and Shields, which show the boxer expressing concern after Papoose didn’t inform her that he had returned home safely.
In one message, Shields says: “You are the one who is married! If you can’t at least sleep on the phone with me or be with me in person… it shouldn’t be a big deal to let me know you made it home safe.”
Remy made her feelings clear in the caption of the post, stating: “Papoose dum ass fell asleep on the phone with @claressashields [laughing emojis] Laying in my house he refuses to leave.
“This bitch supposed to be a world champion boxer and get scary ass hung up soon as she heard my voice [laughing emoji] Nowwww I’m telling everything ohhhh and babygirl u not the only one [shrug emoji].”
Remy further attacked Shields on her Instagram Stories, saying: “This lady #claressashields and that sorry ass publicity team been putting out fake stories on me EVERYDAY to make me look bad and him look like God’s gift for too long.
“I begged @papoose to put out something to stop the narrative and he kept telling me just stay quiet that’s the best thing to do. Welp, I’m tired, oh and he said he would never fuck you cuz you ugly but don’t worry I saw everything now the world gonna see it since u so tough boo.”
Claressa Shields soon responded to Remy, saying: “How a woman with 2 boyfriends mad at a man that has a girlfriend. @remyma if I ain’t the only one why the hell you tagging me????”
UPDATE #1: Papoose has responded, accusing Remy of cheating on him “repeatedly” and revealing he wants a divorce.
UPDATE #2: Remy has accused Papoose of domestic violence and “getting [her] arrested,” while Papoose has leaked a photo of Remy getting close to Eazy The Block Captain, claiming he knocked him out.

Remy Ma and Papoose’s relationship has seemed troubled for some time.
Rumors have circulated for over a year that the couple had separated, with reports claiming Remy had an affair with battle rapper Eazy The Block Captain.
It was also claimed that Papoose assaulted Eazy at a battle rap event in June 2023 for getting “too cozy” with his wife, although Remy denied the incident.
The “All the Way Up” hitmaker has since resumed using her maiden name and has been seen publicly spending time with Eazy on several occasions.
