NEW YORK, NY – Nicki Minaj has yet again offered some insight into her on-again, off-again feud with fellow rapper, Cardi B.
While being interviewed by Beats 1 host Ebro Darden for Queen Radio, Nicki was asked about her feuds with Remy Ma and Cardi B.
“I never saw you and Remy heading in this path. I never saw that,” Ebro said, during Thursday’s (August 16) show. “I never saw you and Cardi heading in this path. I never saw that. And do you believe that these things are fixable? Because women in rap are having a time right now.”
The superstar rapper, who expressed some slight irritation at the question, then revealed that she was previously unaware of any beef between herself and Cardi.
“Can we please move on, Ebro? Come on. Honestly, let’s go,” Nicki said. “If you know me, you would know the answer to the first question. Like, give me a fuckin’ break. I didn’t know Cardi and I had an issue, but I guess we do. It’s interesting. And other people are saying it. To me, she may have taken an issue with things that I’ve said. But I’m not going to bite my tongue. I mean, this is [rap]. You gotta have thick skin. People talk shit.”
Nicki’s Queen Radio interview comes just days after she engaged in a social media war with New York radio personality, DJ Self. She accused the Love & Hip Hop star of gossiping about Cardi and later praising Invasion of Privacy when he didn’t get a hug or a drop from her, during a radio visit.
