The rumors were right, Nicki Minaj today dropped a 10th anniversary edition of Pink Friday featuring eight bonus cuts.
The surprise release of Pink Friday: The Complete Edition includes “Girls Fall Like Dominoes,” “BedRock” featuring Young Money & Lloyd, and a version of “Roman’s Revenge” that switches out Eminem for Lil Wayne.
To celebrate the occasion, Twitter has created a special #PinkFriday emoji.
Just 24 hours earlier, Minaj teased a “virtual celebration” for the landmark release.
Pink Friday was the moment Minaj became a star. Her debut album initially dropped Nov. 22, 2010, spawned several hits and and climbed all the way to No. 1 on the Billboard 200.
The groundbreaking set also logged six weeks at No. 1 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart in 2011, tying for the longest reign at the top by a female rap act (Minaj has since broken that record).
Pink Friday also snagged three Grammy Award nominations and claimed rap album of the year at the American Music Awards.
In what’s been another busy year for Minaj – she recently became a mom for the first time – reps say to “stay tuned for more surprises” coming soon.
Minaj is said to be working on a fifth album, the followup to 2018’s Queen.
