A new lawsuit has been filed against Diddy, mentioning notable celebrities like JAY-Z, Beyoncé, and LeBron James in connection with disturbing claims. TMZ reports that Manzaro Joseph, the man behind the lawsuit, accuses Diddy of rape, sexual assault, and humiliation at one of Diddy’s notorious “freak-off” parties in April 2015.

The lawsuit claims that Diddy hosted a birthday party for his son Christian Combs at the mansion of Emilio and Gloria Estefan in Miami. Joseph alleges that he was forced to wear a penis mask during the event.

Joseph states that he was drugged and taken to the mansion, where Gloria Estefan noticed his “drug-induced stupor” and had someone call for an ambulance.

The lawsuit further claims that Emilio Estefan silenced his wife, Gloria, and led her away. At that point, Joseph says he saw LeBron James, who was only wearing a towel. Joseph claims that LeBron then said: “Y’all better do something about that!”

Joseph then alleges that porn star Adria English led him down a secret tunnel to Diddy’s mansion, where he claims to have seen JAY-Z and Beyoncé. In the suit, Joseph says that he heard Beyoncé express shock and say: “What’s this? What’s this all about? Why is this half-naked white man with a cock mask standing here in front of me?”

The lawsuit also includes an allegation that someone working for Diddy responded: “Diddy wants him to see what we do to snitches. This is part of his punishment.”

Joseph further claims that the night continued with him being stripped down to a thong and humiliated by Diddy and English.

He also alleges that the party was attended by renowned jeweler Jacob Arabo, who said: “What’s this? What’s going on with this guy? Why is he standing here staring at me with a penis mask strapped to his face?”

Although JAY-Z, Beyoncé, LeBron James, and Gloria Estefan are mentioned in the lawsuit, Joseph is not suing them. Instead, he is suing Diddy, Emilio Estefan, Adria English, and Brendan Paul, who had previously been linked to Diddy in relation to drug activity.

Diddy’s legal team has denied the allegations, calling the lawsuit a “depraved” attempt to get publicity. They said: “No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story. Mr. Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies — and the perverse motives of those who told them — will be revealed.”

JAY-Z’s attorney, Alex Spiro, has also strongly denied the claims, stating: “Mr. Carter wasn’t in Florida at that time to witness this incident — he was engaged in easily findable public activities that prove he was not at this event. This is more nonsense that erodes the trust in our ‘justice system.’”

It has been confirmed that on the night of Christian Combs’ birthday party, JAY-Z attended a TIDAL event in New York, and there are photos showing him in the city, hundreds of miles away from the alleged incident.

LeBron James’ legal team also dismissed the lawsuit, saying: “This is demonstrably false and doesn’t even merit a report or response. A basic internet search shows what LeBron was doing all of April 2015. He was playing basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers and never in Miami.”

Brendan Paul’s lawyer also rejected the allegations, calling them “100% false and literally impossible to have occurred.” They explained that Brendan was still in high school in Ohio at the time and had never been to West Palm Beach. The lawyer also stated that they would seek an immediate dismissal of the case and appropriate sanctions.
