Megan Thee Stallion is keeping her name in the spotlight after her highly discussed Coachella appearance by unveiling her latest track, “Whenever”.

In this song, the Houston native, often referred to as the Houston Hottie, delivers bold lyrics aimed at her critics and naysayers. She kicks off with: “Twenty-four hours in a day, and the first thing y’all hoes do is start hatin’ / Couldn’t be me, about my breach, in my sleep gettin’ paid.”

Megan continues: “One bitch, two bitch, three bitch, four / Wanna fight me, over my hoe / Wanna see, taste this pussy, you might as well let that go / He feelin’ the pimp, he never just stealin’ the drip.

“He know that that these n-ggas gon’ hate / He know that you want him, ‘causе you know he fuckin’ with me / And bitch, he ain’t takin’ thе bait / Make no mistake, just ’cause I’m cute in this bitch, don’t mean I won’t run in your shit.”

There’s at least one person Megan doesn’t have to worry about throwing shade her way — fellow Houston rapper Slim Thug.

The “Still Tippin’” artist recently shared that he believed Megan once had a crush on him, since she admired his music and had made several sexually suggestive remarks about the “Hiss” rapper.

However, Megan quickly shut down that assumption during her Coachella performance. As “Still Tippin’” played, she addressed the crowd with: “And no, Slim Thug, this don’t mean I want you. I just like your music,” making her position crystal clear.

Even after the very public rejection, Slim Thug took it in stride, emphasizing that there’s no bad blood between them. He responded with: “I can’t do Megan Thee Stallion. Gotta do Megan Thee Auntie, 10 years later.”

He also showed appreciation for being acknowledged during her set: “She gave me a shout out, said my name on Coachella stage. And then she called me babe. Come on now, that’s a lot.”

Slim added that her recognition helped boost his music: “That was a good shout out. Played my songs, everything. Streams up on ‘Thug From Around the Way.’ We good. We love all that, man.”

Remaining hopeful, he finished with: “I’mma be patient, man. Gotta come home. Slim ain’t going nowhe
