Meek Mill has given new life to his decade-long feud with Wale after the latter apparently linked up with one of the Philly native’s adversaries.

On Monday (April 8), the “Dreams and Nightmares” rapper made it clear that he was upset at a new picture of his peer from DC next to Dean, a friend-turned-foewho has taken to insulting Meek in recent interviews.

“These n-ggas intentionally linking with n-ggas they want me down let’s do it lol,” he wrote on Twitter, before linking to a TikTok of Ant Glizzy telling Akademiks about a time Wale allegedly tried to “set up” Meek.

“He just shook my son at wrestling,” Meek continued in the now-deleted Tweet, which you can see here. “Yall gonna really make me become what yall asking for!”

The 36-year-old went on to criticize Wale for “linking with the enemy” and being “secretly jealous” of him. He even described a meeting, presumably at a recent Wrestlemania-related event, and wrote: “I just made Wale dip… He was tryna take pictures with [Fanatics CEO Michael] Rubin like a Groupie.”

“I never believed this clown but now it add up,” Meek continued. “N-ggas acting cool with my kids with OPPs same day… It’s slime time fellas let’s go.”

Wale eventually responded to the messages with: “When u get in other people unserious drama in this industry 90pct of the time they be back friends… eventually ..and then u look silly… in the end… so I love minding my business.”

He added: “If a photo can create such vitriol , one has to ask himself some questions.”

Meek clapped back with four separate responses, just minutes apart. In one of them, he recalled seeing Wale “drunk [and] speaking on rappers with 200 models in the room.”

He reiterated his claim that the 39-year-old was “secretly jealous” of him, and said that the rapper had “killed all his relationships.”

Meek wound down his comments with a message about why this issue was so important to him.

“I’m from Philly … I don’t get money with n-ggas that hate me deep down inside,” he said.

Wale’s most recent tweet as of this writing includes a series of photos from Wrestlemania weekend, including one of him and Rubin.

Wale and Meek have a long history as both joined Rick Ross’ Maybach Music Group back in 2011, following which there were even promises of a joint project.

Problems between the two first became public in 2014, when Meek criticized Wale for not tweeting about his then-new album.

“Wale just ain’t gone tweet a thing about my album…. He’s been hating on me long time now …don’t even text me cornball! #UNOTMMG…Everybody can see it!” he wrote.

“None of y’all dudes don’t call me text me nothing it is what it is! I don’t really want no suckas in arm reach of me…. My hands might lose control! That’s how I’m rocking…I ain’t doing nomore acting for no rap shit!”

He concluded: “I got real family at home and all my day 1’s on the road wit me….. I just wanna make it known who is who! I don’t need no support…It’s about a lot of these dudes really b hating behind closed doors..All these guys that’s on the rap scene kno.”
