Kodak Black has addressed the worries from fans following his strange behavior during a recent appearance on Kai Cenat’s livestream.
The rapper from Florida joined Cenat’s “Mafiathon 2” on Twitch on Monday (November 4), where his actions raised concern as he seemed to be using drugs and acting erratically throughout the stream.
In an unsteady response to the viral video, Kodak spoke on Instagram Live on Tuesday (November 5), stating: “Y’all be on shrooms, acid, all types of stupid ass shit. But I take one Perc and y’all be so fucking butt-hurt. Y’all don’t like a n-gga anyway.”
He continued: “If a muthafucka needed help, y’all don’t think that I know that? Y’all don’t think Kai knew that I needed help? I don’t need you to tell me. What’s telling me doing for you?”
When a viewer compared him to Chris Rock’s drug addict character Pookie from New Jack City, Kodak responded: “You ain’t perfect. Ain’t nobody under the sun perfect. Everybody got a vice, some kind of way — even if ain’t drugs.”

There were several alarming moments during Kodak Black’s appearance on Kai Cenat’s livestream.
At one point, he appeared to “trickshot” a pill before falling to the floor — an act that caused concern for both Cenat and viewers alike.
In another instance, the “Super Gremlin” rapper interacted with fans in the Twitch chat while sweating heavily and speaking in a disjointed manner. There was also a moment when he removed his shirt, leaving Cenat visibly confused.
Back in April, Kodak confessed that his Percocet addiction had gotten so severe that he was consuming dozens of pills a day, though he eventually got his habit under control.
“I remember a point in my life when I was chewing a lot of Percs,” he shared on Instagram Live. “I’m proud of myself. I’ve never been this happy in my life. I don’t know where this came from, what the fuck going on.”
He added, “I ain’t even going to say I’m anti-Perc. I never took a Perc since I been home. But my dosage so low that I can’t believe it myself. Man, I’m telling y’all, bro.”
Last year, Kodak also raised concerns when he appeared to be incoherent and slurred his words during an appearance on Drink Champs, displaying similarly unsettling body language.
