Killer Mike has proposed a plan to improve child support systems and strengthen Black communities.

The rapper/entrepeneur was speaking to controversial presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. at his barbershop in Atlanta when he made the proposals.

Laying out his child support solution, Mike said: “This is the two-year plan: first two years are debt free. You don’t have to pay anything back so she doesn’t have to drag him into court and the court can say you owe us money for investing in your child in food programs and head start programs because in those two years he has the option to then go to a trade school.”

“In my community, the girls are going to college and graduating. They have no men to marry because the boys are not going to college in the same way.”

The Grammy-winner also proposed that young men be required to complete two years of trade school if they get a woman pregnant and spoke of introducing incentives if the couple marry, arguing it would “strengthen the Black community.”

Killer Mike recently defended Ice Cube for posing for pictures with Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who has been criticized for his views on vaccines.

Cube, who is also an ant-vaxxer, posed for pictures with Kennedy last summer and faced backlash online.

“@icecube helped my generation gain knowledge of self and be fiercely proud of being black in AmeriKKKa while providing an example of what self motivation and determination can do from Music to movies to the Big 3,” Mike weighed in on Instagram. “He is an example of ‘A black man can.’ I admire love and respect. Thank U Cube.”

Cube himself hit back at some of the criticism on social media, saying: “For all the simple minded short bus people out there. A picture is not an endorsement, dummy. Now get your ass over to bungalow 51 and STFU.”

Beanie Sigel has also endorsed Kennedy, appearing in a PSA for the independent presidential candidate.

“This is actually the first time that me following a presidential campaign that I believe in the person that was running was honest,” he said. “I’m supporting for this upcoming campaign. I had a chance read over a lot of his policies and the things he wants to bring forth.

“This is the first time I believe that a person is trying to empower the people, especially my people. I believe he’s honest because you don’t have policies that’s over here and over there. Everything seems to work together and I really believe in it and I’m supporting his campaign.”

The Philly rapper continued: “I suggest that you support his campaign, especially in the tri-state area. You hearing it from me, Beanie Sigel and I’m supporting Kennedy.”
