NEW YORK, NY – Saturday Night Live going off the air didn’t stop Kanye West from delivering another pro-Trump speech. Although the sketch show’s allotted time on NBC came to an end, some cell phone videos — including Instagram Stories posted by Chris Rock — were able to capture Yeezy’s extended rant.

“The blacks want always Democrats,” he said. “You know it’s like the plan they did to take the fathers out the home and put ’em on welfare. Does anybody know about that? That’s a Democratic plan. There’s so many times I talk to a white person about this and they say, ‘How could you like Trump? He’s racist.’ Well, if I was concerned about racism I would’ve moved out of America a long time ago.”

The speech elicited some boos and laughter from the live audience, which Kanye noticed. He claimed he was bullied at SNL for wearing the Make America Great Again hat.

“They’re laughing at me,” he said. “You heard them? They screamed at me. They bully me. They bullied me backstage. They said don’t go out there with that hat on. They bullied me backstage. They bullied me. And then they say I’m in a sunken place. You wanna see the sunken place? OK, I’ma listen to y’all now. I’ma put my Superman cape on ’cause this means you can’t tell me what to do.

“Follow your heart and stop following your mind. That’s how we’re controlled. That’s how we’re programmed. If we want the world to move forward, try love. Thank y’all for giving me this platform, I know some of y’all don’t agree.

“But y’all be going at [Trump’s] neck a lot and I don’t think it’s actually that helpful. I think the universe has balance. 90 percent of news are liberal. 90 percent of TV, L.A., New York, writers, rappers, musicians, so it’s easy to make it seem like it’s so, so, so one-sided.”

Although the post-show scene appeared to uncomfortable and awkward for the SNL cast, Kanye spoke glowingly about his time on the show. On Twitter, he claimed SNL creator Lorne Michael was going to have Yeezy back as a host later this year.

“Had so much fun at SNL,” he wrote. “Lorne agreed that I would host before the year is out. Need to set a date. Gonna be sooooooooo lit. In the words of Lil Pump …Esskeetit !”

Kanye’s speech and continued use of the MAGA hat has earned him more praise from pro-Trump supporters and Trump himself. But, the G.O.O.D. Music founder’s latest diatribe has also been met with lots of disapproval and disillusionment.

Swizz Beatz was among those expressing disappointment, criticizing Yeezy for wearing the MAGA hat and objecting to the notion of being bullied for it.
