NEW YORK, NY – Kanye West has continued to share sketches in his return to Instagram. One of the sketches depicts Tekashi 6ix9ine and confirms the two have been collaborating on some music.

“In the studio with 69,” Kanye wrote on the drawing.

This past weekend, Yeezy and 6ix9ine were pictured together at a studio in New York. Wizard Lee, an engineer for the session, claimed the new collaborators “recorded a hit.”

Two kings of controversy might be collaborating on some music.

Kanye West and Tekashi 6ix9ine were pictured together in a studio over the weekend. BMJ Studios’ Don Canon — not to be confused with producer and music executive Don Cannon — snapped a few photos of the two and shared the shots on Instagram.

“God dammit look what y’all did,” he wrote in one post.

Kanye’s music has been commanding attention once again following the release of his “I Love It” single with Lil Pump. He also teased a sequel to 2011’s Watch The Throne album on Saturday (September 8) yet made no mention of the LP’s co-creator, JAY-Z.

Hov and Kanye have had a frosty relationship over the past few years, so Yeezy’s tweet has been met with its fair share of skepticism. It’s possible he’ll be releasing a sequel without JAY-Z, teaming with a completely different artist for the follow-up.
