Kanye West admitted how much he misses his “bro” Jay-Z after sharing a throwback picture Monday (Aug. 10), two days after the ninth anniversary date of their No. 1 album Watch The Throne.
The Chicago rapper posted a screenshot from their memorable “Otis” performance from the 2011 MTV VMAs. “Miss my bro … real talk,” West captioned it on Twitter.
The two hip-hop heavyweights last linked up at Diddy’s 50th birthday bash in his LA multi-million dollar home on Dec. 14, 2019. Although their bromance hasn’t remained as strong in the past decade, Hov will always consider West to be his “little brother,” according to his 2018 episode on David Letterman’s Netflix series My Next Guest Needs No Introduction With David Letterman.
“That’s my brother. We’re beyond friends. Really, like literally, my little brother is Kanye, and like your little brother, things happen sometimes,” he said of their difficult relationship to the iconic talk show host.
