Kanye West filed court papers Friday in Los Angeles County asking for joint custody of his four children with Kim Kardashian: North, 7; Saint, 5; Chicago, 3; and Psalm, 1.

The estranged couple appears to be on the same page regarding their children and on the reason for the breakdown of their marriage. Kardashian, who filed for divorce from West on Feb. 19, also requested both parents share both legal and physical custody of their children. Both cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the end of their seven-year marriage.

One thing neither of them appear to agree on is the date of the couple’s separation: West and Kardashian both listed the date of their marriage as May 24, 2014, but left the date of separation as “TBD.”

West and Kardashian were married May 24, 2014, during a private reception at the Forte di Belvedere in Florence, Italy. The wedding took place 11 months after Kardashian gave birth to their firstborn, North, in June 2013.

This will be Kardashian’s third divorce. She was previously married to songwriter Damon Thomas and NBA player Kris Humphries.
