Irv Gotti is being sued in a Miami court for alleged sexual assault and abuse that occurred over the course of two years.
According to a complaint viewed by HipHopDX, a woman identified only as Jane Doe filed a lawsuit in Miami-Dade on July 11 accusing Gotti (real name Irving Domingo Lorenzo) of sexually assaulting and abusing her on several occasions from 2020 to 2022 in Saint Martin, Miami and Atlanta.
The suit seeks a trial by jury.
Among the accusations, Doe alleges Gotti coerced her into having sex with him as soon as they arrived to Saint Martin in 2020 – a trip they took just after meeting at a poker tournament. He threatened to send her home if she didn’t, and “due to his power and influence in the music world, she complied,” the suit reads.
They then reportedly began dating for two years, during which Doe “suffered constant abuse.” Amid the split, the suit alleges Gotti slandered her to his “vast social network in and around Los Angeles,” leaving her fearful to leave home.
“As a result of this sexually abusive relationship, Plaintiff has suffered severe emotional and psychological harm for which she had to be committed to a psychiatric ward,” the lawsuit reads. “These injuries continue and affect Plaintiff to this day.”
50 Cent was quick to share the news about his longtime nemesis to Instagram. With a screenshot of the report on Tuesday (July 16), Fif included a summary of the situation and added: “Oh no [eyes wide emoji] The legal fee’s are gonna break his ass in half, he ain’t got no money. Welp that all folks.”

50 Cent seems to never miss an opportunity to poke fun at Irv Gotti. Back in 2023, the G-Unit mogul poked fun at Irv amid news that Nelly and Ashanti may be back “on again” after so many years apart.
50 shared a video of the pair sharing a steamy moment onstage at Tao Beach in Las Vegas in an Instagram post, next to a picture of Irv looking a little worse for wear – implying that the Murder Inc. co-founder was shell-shocked about the romantic reunion.
“Man, somebody check on Irv Gotti ASAP!” he wrote in the photo. “Know he going through it right now.”
“HE WILL BE AIGHT [laughing face emojis],” he wrote in the caption. “I was in love wit her, and she just popped up with Nelly. LOL.”
50 Cent and Irv Gotti have been at odds since 1999, after Irv’s longtime friend and artist Ja Rule was robbed for his chain at gunpoint in Southside Jamaica, Queens while he was filming a music video, allegedly by an associate of 50 Cent.
“Ja saw me in a club with the kid who robbed him,” Fif claimed in his 2005 biography From Pieces to Weight. “I went over to say, ‘What’s up’ to Ja, and he acted like he had a problem with me. But I’m not the one who robbed him.”
Ja Rule has since confirmed the robbery took place, but he denies he ever saw 50 Cent with the robber.
