GloRilla has fooled her fans with a teaser of her forthcoming “Put It On Da Floor” remix, but the post didn’t include any audio.
Big Glo has been talking about adding a verse to the Latto and Cardi B anthem for weeks and she appears to have recorded something as she teased a screenshot from the vocal file on Tuesday night (June 20).
Fans were caught off guard as there was no snippet attached to the “(Glo) ON THE FLOOR RMX” photo posted to Twitter, and they made sure to let the “Tomorrow 2” rapper know they felt duped.
“Now why I caught myself tryna tap the play button,” one fan wrote on Twitter, while another frustrated Glo fan replied: “My azz kept trying to hit play!”

GloRilla isn’t the only female rapper hinting at throwing a verse on the hard-hitting Go Grizzly beat as Yung Miami is rumored to be joining the party too.
“Bitch cry for what? My n-gga worth a bil/ That n-gga shooting babies in it, put me in his will,” the City Girls rapper rhymes in her snippet.
Cardi B hopped on the official “Put It On Da Floor” remix alongside Latto earlier in June. The track debuted at No. 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 and sits at No. 28 this week.
Another remix could bolster the tune from a commercial standpoint as well, giving “Put It On Da Floor” even more of a shelf life.
Coming off a banner rookie season, GloRilla is bearing the fruits of her labor from 2022 as she tied Drake for the most nominations at the upcoming BET Awards with six noms a piece.
Big Glo nominations include Best Female Hip Hop Artist, Best New Artist, and Album of the Year for Anyways, Life’s Great…, Video of the Year for “Tomorrow 2” with Cardi B, and two nominations for best collaboration (“F.N.F. Let’s Go” and “Tomorrow 2”).
Last year, GloRilla took home the award for Best Breakthrough Hip Hop Artist Of The Year at BET’s Hip Hop Awards.
