Now that Venom is officially in theaters, Eminem has shared the video for the soundtrack’s title track. The dark visual follows a young boy who found a mysterious CD on the ground and shows different people being “infected” by Shady’s lyrics.

As the infection continues to spread, everyone in the city suddenly has Em taking over their bodies — not even the dogs are safe.

“Venom” served as the album closer on Em’s 10th studio album Kamikaze, which he surprise dropped in August.

With Venom the movie arriving this week, Eminem has started the rollout for the “Venom” music video. On Wednesday (October 3), Slim Shady shared a clip of the visual to his Twitter account and announced it was coming on Friday (October 5) at 1 p.m. ET.

“‘They ain’t gonna know what hit ’em…’ #VENOM OFFICIAL VIDEO 1PM ET #KAMIKAZE @VENOMMOVIE,” he wrote in the caption.

In the 37-second snippet, a kid is walking down the streets and finds a cracked CD case. He pulls out the disc and quickly puts it in his bag before he jumps on the bus. From there, a transformation begins.

Em first posted a cryptic tweet last month indicating he was involved in the Sony film’s soundtrack. It wound up serving as the kick off for his surprise album Kamikaze. The song was the album closer on the 13-track project.

Venom hits theaters nationwide on Friday (October 5).
