DJ Khaled and Drake’s friendship is major key. So much so, that Drizzy sent his “Popstar” collaborator an sparkling key as a gift.
Khaled took to Instagram on Tuesday (Sept. 29) to share the luxurious piece, a gold chain featuring a diamond-encrusted key wrapped with an owl representing OVO and a lion representing We the Best Music. “Shout out to my brother Drake, thank you so much. This gift means so much to me. Drake got me a beautiful gift,” he said. “This is an owl and a key, owl and key, key and owl. And then I got the lion head, because you know I gotta represent the lion.”
“Khaled and Drake, Drake and Khaled,” he continued. “It’s always special when we connect, and this gift means so–look at this, fully iced out. It’s so heavy. The quality! Now, if you watch the ‘Popstar’ video, Drake is wearing one, and now I got one. It’s called brothers.”
