A woman identified only as “Jane,” who previously dated Diddy, testified in his sex trafficking trial, saying she believed he had a “bi-curiosity.”
While being cross-examined, she described their sexual relationship, explaining that she researched Diddy’s preferences and came to see him as a cuckold. She added: “Cucks could also have a bi-curiosity that they are too ashamed to experience themselves. So they use the woman to venture out in this curiosity without actually doing the act itself.”
Jane testified that even after Diddy’s properties were searched by the FBI in March 2024, she continued to attend “freak offs” involving male sex workers hired by him in May, July, and August. She stated their relationship ended after his arrest in September.
Separately, Diddy attempted to declare a mistrial. His attorney, Alexandra Shapiro, wrote to Judge Arun Subramanian, accusing the prosecution of “prosecutorial misconduct.”
The letter stated: “In this trial the government has presented testimony that it knew or should have known was materially false related to its allegation that Mr. Combs dangled Bryana Bongolan from the balcony of Cassie Ventura’s apartment in September 2016.”
It also claimed: “The government knew or should have known this testimony was perjured, and that Ms. Bongolan could not possibly have been injured by Mr. Combs on a Los Angeles balcony in the early morning hours of September 26, or even the day before that.
“The government knew that he had stayed at Trump Hotel in New York City between September 24-29, 2016. In fact, the government had marked as GX7Y111 the records of this hotel stay, which are now in evidence. And it has had other evidence in its possession for some time showing Mr. Combs’s travel schedule and proving that he was on the East Coast when it told the jury he dangled Ms. Bongolan over a balcony in front of Ms. Ventura.”
The request for a mistrial was denied by the judge.
