Brendan Paul, who was accused of being Diddy’s drug mule, has had his federal drug possession charges dismissed.

According to TMZ, Paul didn’t testify against Diddy but completed a pretrial program, which allowed him to avoid jail time for the offense.

Paul, a former college basketball player, was arrested in March at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport after raids on Diddy’s homes.

Authorities found cocaine and marijuana in his possession, and at the time, Paul worked as Diddy’s assistant.

Paul has not yet made any public comments about the dismissal of his charges or Diddy’s own legal situation.

The 25-year-old was first identified as a “mule” in a sexual assault lawsuit filed by producer Lil Rod in February, where it was claimed that Paul’s role was to “acquir[e] and distribut[e]…drugs and guns” for Diddy.

Diddy denied the accusations through his lawyer, stating: “Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”

“We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with [Lil Rod]’s attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”

Lil Rod also accused Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Yung Miami, of acting as a drug mule for the Bad Boy Records mogul.

The lawsuit claimed that the City Girls rapper obtained “pink cocaine,” a mixture of ecstasy and cocaine, for Diddy’s parties. It also alleged that Miami and Daphne Joy, the mother of 50 Cent’s child, were among the women Diddy employed as sex workers.

Yung Miami denied the allegations, writing on X: “Y’all be going for ANYTHING […] Something the internet made up and y’all ran with it!!! N-ggas don’t even pay that for child support why tf would a n-gga ever pay me 250k for. FOR WHAT??”
