Diddy is reportedly refusing to leave his jail cell to accept various sexual assault lawsuits.

Numerous lawsuits have been filed against the founder of Bad Boy Records while he remains in jail awaiting trial on charges of sex trafficking. He is accused of delaying two specific cases.

In court documents filed on Monday (December 30), co-counsel for Tony Buzbee claims that Puffy is “refusing to leave his cell to accept service,” which is causing a delay in the lawsuits.

The attorney is also asking the judges to postpone scheduled conferences on January 10 and move them to February, although it seems an agreement has been reached between both legal teams on how to proceed with the cases.

Diddy and his legal team have yet to comment on the claim regarding his refusal to leave his cell.

The most recent lawsuit filed against the troubled mogul accuses him of throwing outrageous parties and sexually harassing employees.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, a man named Phillip Pines is suing Diddy for sexual battery, sexual harassment, and sex trafficking during his time as an assistant to the Bad Boy boss between 2019 and 2021.

According to the suit, Pines’ responsibilities included preparing hotel rooms and cleaning them after events allegedly called “Wild King Nights.”

Pines claims he would stock Puffy’s hotel rooms with items like alcohol, male libido enhancers, baby oil, Astroglide, sex toys, and illegal drugs.

He alleges the parties sometimes lasted for days, and after they ended, he would clean up bodily fluids, drug residue, condoms, and blood. Pines says hotel staff were tipped well to avoid reporting the chaos.

Pines also claims Diddy forced him to have sex with a woman while he watched.

Diddy and his legal team have strongly denied the allegations, issuing a statement: “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”

“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

The trial for his criminal case, which also includes charges of racketeering and transporting individuals for prostitution, is scheduled to start in May 2025.
