A male sex worker is claiming that Diddy confessed to orchestrating 2Pac’s murder while he is suing the mogul for sexual assault.

In a dramatic lawsuit filed on Wednesday (February 26), the unnamed accuser, known only as John Doe, alleges that he was hired by Diddy after being introduced to him in 2012 through a male-companion service in Florida.

Shortly after, during a meeting at a New York City hotel, the sex worker claims that Diddy instructed him to perform “oral and penetrative sex” on a female companion.

The woman involved is said to be a “high-profile witness” linked to Diddy’s federal sex trafficking case, according to TMZ.

The escort further claims that he was drugged during the encounter, either through water he drank or baby oil Puffy applied to his body, which caused him to lose control over his movements.

The lawsuit also accuses Puffy of later following the sex worker into a bathroom, and “forcibly anally raped” him, despite the man’s desperate requests for him to stop.

Diddy is then said to have referenced 2Pac’s 1996 murder, which he has long been rumored to have had a role in, while threatening the escort to remain silent.

He allegedly told the plaintiff: “You better not say a word to anybody about this. Did you hear me? I’m not fucking playing with you. If I can get ‘Pac hit, what the fuck do you think can happen to you?”

Diddy’s legal team has denied the claims.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor,” his representatives told TMZ.

“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

According to TMZ, the plaintiff is willing to assist authorities regarding the criminal charges filed against Diddy.

“Our client is willing to cooperate with federal prosecutors in connection with the Diddy criminal case. It seems like this situation with our client is the pattern known as a ‘Freak Off’ described by the U.S. Attorney,” the man’s lawyers told the outlet.

In the criminal case, which is scheduled to go to trial in May, none of the charges involve the drugging or sexual assault of men.
