Chris Brown and Young Thug’s “Go Crazy” breaks the record for the longest stay in the top 10 of Billboard’s Rhythmic Airplay chart as the collaboration clocks a 32nd week in the tier on the list dated Feb. 6. “Crazy” repeats at its No. 7 rank from the previous week, though it slightly declines (down 2%) in plays in the week ending Jan. 31, according to MRC Data.
With a 32nd week in the Rhythmic Airplay top 10, “Crazy” surpasses the previous longevity champ, Next’s “Too Close,” which achieved 31 weeks in the region in 1998. Here’s an updated look at the songs with the most weeks in the top 10 since the chart began in 1992:

“Crazy” was first released on the pair’s joint mixtape, Slime & B, on May 5, 2020, before its selection as the project’s lead single two weeks later. The track debuted on Rhythmic Airplay at No. 29 on the chart dated May 30 and began its record-setting top 10 run in its sixth week, when it ascended 11-7. In its 11th week, it peaked at No. 1 and secured Brown’s 12th leader on the radio ranking and Young Thug’s third chart-topper.
The back-to-back endurance of “No Guidance,” “Crazy” and (another Rhythmic Airplay No. 1) “Heat,” featuring Young Thug, which rose to the top between the two singles – has reinvigorated Brown’s status as one of the format’s top acts to a level he hasn’t attained in nearly seven years. The aforementioned triple play of singles marks his first three consecutive No. 1s as a lead act, while the streak also is his best string as lead performer since 2013-14, when he posted successive hits “Fine China” (No. 5), “Love More” (No. 3), “Loyal,” featuring Lil Wayne and French Montana or Too $hort and Tyga (No. 1, two weeks), “New Flame,” featuring Usher and Rick Ross (No. 1, one week) and “Ayo,” with Tyga (No. 2).
