Cardi B wasn’t too happy after her 6-year-old daughter decided to add some personal touches to her expensive $60,000 Birkin bag.
On March 23, the rapper shared a video on her Instagram Story, clearly frustrated, showing a heart drawn in marker on the crocodile leather bag. “I literally spent $60,000 on this purse,” she said, repeatedly adding, “Look what my daughter did to my purse.”

The mustard-colored Birkin was one of three that Cardi B received as a birthday gift from her estranged husband, Offset, in 2023.
While it was a lavish present, it also attracted criticism from animal rights group PETA, which opposed the use of crocodile skin. PETA’s Vice President, Lisa Lange, condemned the purchase, stating, “Instead of using his wealth and influence for good, Offset chose to funnel hundreds of thousands of dollars into a gruesome, violent industry that electroshocks crocodiles, shoves metal rods into their heads in an attempt to scramble their brains, and mutilates them while they’re still alive.”
She continued, “PETA reminds everyone that people who still spend their money on a closet full of dead animals’ body parts either are clueless or simply don’t care about the extreme cruelty they’re perpetuating — it’s just not worth it.”
As Cardi and Offset go through their divorce, the couple’s situation has changed. Earlier this month, Offset filed legal paperwork requesting joint custody of their three children, and TMZ reported that he is asking for Cardi’s home to be the children’s primary residence. He also wants the court to divide their shared property, with each party handling their own legal fees. A judge has not yet made a decision.
In February, Offset appeared to address his breakup with Cardi in a new song. “Ten” features the rapper confronting a past relationship in a harsh tone, with lyrics like, “She bad, but she bad for a n-gga too / You gon’ have to fuck ’bout 10 more n-ggas to get over me,” highlighting the message behind the song’s title.
The rapper continues to taunt his unnamed ex, boasting about his active sex life post-breakup: “I hit two bad hoes last night, they wanna rerun / I’m on a whole ‘nothеr wave, n-gga, ease on.”
In the song, he’s unapologetic, saying, “I ain’t sorry ’bout shit, what you talmbout? / You knew a n-gga was a dog like a Rottweiler / So many hoes, I do the most when I’m out.”
Offset also admits to infidelity during their relationship: “It’s a big difference /I was just fucking the bitches, you was nitpicking / Watching me splurging on bitches and it hit different / Calling me and asking me questions, mind your business.”
Cardi has yet to publicly respond to the track.
