Layzie Bone dropped his “Let Me Go Migo” diss track on Christmas Day (December 25), but Migos wasn’t the only artist to catch his wrath. 21 Savage was hit in the crossfire for defending Offset, Takeoff and Quavo during a recent Instagram Live session.
Now, the I Am > I Was architect has responded to the Bone Thugs-n-Harmony vet’s diss.
“That shit was wack as a muthafucka,” he said during another IG Live session. “That’s probably the weakest diss song I’ve ever heard in my entire life. Like, what the fuck bro? Who the hell let that man put that shit out? That niggas homeboys ain’t shit ’cause my homeboys would’ve never let me put that out.
“That woulda been like, ‘Hell no that shit wack right here my man. This shit wack as a muthafucka. That shit so weak, it’s like bro, what the fuck were you thinkin’ dog? What were you thinkin’ when you hit upload on that bullshit?”
Layzie launched an attack on Migos earlier this month after learning the Atlanta trio had claimed to be the “greatest rap group ever.” After Offset challenged Bone Thugs to a “bank roll challenge,” Layzie insisted on a skills challenge.
Evidently, the “Let Me Go Migo” track was Layzie’s first attempt at putting Migos in their place.
